• Specific ROAS
• Specific ACoS
• Specific TACoS
• Specific conversion rates
• Guaranteed account reinstatement
• Guaranteed listing approval
• Guaranteed advertising performance

Business results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. PPC and Advertising

Clients remain responsible for advertising budgets and charges from Amazon or other advertising platforms.

Grow More Avenue manages campaigns according to the agreed service scope.

Advertising performance can change because of competition, budgets, bids, product demand, marketplace conditions, customer behavior and platform changes.

We do not guarantee a specific advertising result.

10. Amazon Account Recovery

Where Grow More Avenue provides account recovery or crisis-management services, we may help clients analyze issues, prepare documentation, develop corrective actions and manage appropriate responses.

However, Amazon makes the final decision regarding account reinstatement, listing reinstatement, restrictions, suspensions and other marketplace decisions.

Grow More Avenue does not guarantee reinstatement.

Clients must provide truthful and accurate information.

We will not knowingly create false evidence or knowingly submit misleading information to Amazon.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Grow More Avenue website and its original content belong to Grow More Avenue or its respective licensors.

This includes:

• Website text
• Original graphics
• Branding
• Logos
• Design elements
• Articles
• Guides
• Marketing materials
• Original processes and resources

You may not reproduce, modify, republish, sell or distribute our copyrighted website content without written permission.

12. Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to Grow More Avenue, subject to the rights needed to perform the agreed services.

By providing materials, clients confirm that they have the appropriate rights or permissions to allow Grow More Avenue to use those materials for the project.

• Brand assets
• Product information

13. Website and Creative Deliverables

Where Grow More Avenue creates content, graphics, listing assets, A+ Content, Storefront designs or other creative work, ownership and usage rights may depend on the applicable project agreement.

Unless the client agreement states otherwise, Grow More Avenue may retain ownership of internal templates, systems, processes, working files and proprietary methods used to produce the final deliverables.

14. Payments

Service fees, payment schedules and billing terms will be communicated through the applicable proposal, invoice or service agreement.

Clients are responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule.

If a payment becomes overdue, Grow More Avenue may pause work until the account is brought up to date.

Third-party costs, including Amazon advertising spend, software fees, marketplace fees, subscriptions or other external charges, are separate unless explicitly included in the service agreement.

15. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service arrangement according to the cancellation terms contained in the applicable service agreement.

If no specific cancellation terms exist, the parties should communicate in writing and agree on the appropriate closing date and outstanding obligations.

Amounts already earned or payable for completed work remain due.

16. Confidentiality

We understand that Amazon businesses may share confidential information with our team.

We will take reasonable steps to keep client business information confidential and use it only for legitimate project and business purposes.

Clients should identify particularly sensitive information when appropriate.

Separate NDAs may be signed when required.

17. Third-Party Services
